StoneAge UK Facility ClosureMarch 24th, 2020

In line with the latest UK Government Policy, StoneAge Europe UK facility will be closed to walk-in traffic effective today, March 24th for a period of three (3) weeks. The situation will be reviewed at that time in line with UK Government guidelines.

During this time, phone lines will be diverted to our UK based customer service team who will be working from home to take your calls and process any request for quotes. Please continue to call the main number as you usually do. Orders will be processed by the UK team and shipped from our Rotterdam (NL) facility.

Please be assured, we are doing all we can to take care of our employees and their families during this global crisis – so that we can continue to take care of you, our customers, with minimal interruption, and ensure that we are able to safely serve a global industry that needs to be cleaned.

North America Branch UpdateMarch 24, 2020

StoneAge has been deemed an essential business and all our North American Branches are open, including Ohio, to take care of your needs. We encourage pickup customers to call ahead so we can have orders ready in will-call to be picked up at a safe distance. Thank you for your support and understanding in these challenging times; we are proud to be able to serve our customers and help keep essential services up and running.

I know that there is much unrest, confusion and fear around COVID-19 and what it means to you personally, to our companies, to our beloved communities, and to the global economy. These are unprecedented times and the whole world is reacting real-time to the lockdowns being enacted. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to take care of our employees and their families during this global crisis – so that we can continue to take care of you, our customers, with minimal interruption, and ensure that we are able to safely serve a global industry that needs to be cleaned.

  • We are minimizing the number of people in our offices, creating a rotating team who will fulfill orders while the rest of us work from home. We are doing this to do our part to stop the spread, following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines the best we can.
  • Our rotating teams work under a stringent set of sanitation and operational guidelines.
  • Our customer service teams are ready to help with your toughest cleaning jobs – remotely.

We also take a long-term view of our health as a company, ensuring all employees are supported so they can weather the storm. We do everything we can to avoid making short term decisions at the expense of our future and you can be assured that we will be here for you when our industry begins to recover. 

We are all in this together and we will get through this together.
