Brad has been the President/CEO of PSC since 2005 and in 2017, acquired HydroChem to create an all-encompassing industrial services company which is now one of the largest, if not the largest, industrial cleaning contractors in the US.

With 15 years in the industry, Brad shares his insight on growing a company organically and through acquisitions, the impact COVID will have on our industry, and how he is leading his organization through the significant changes they have faced. We also discuss his love of racing and how being a father has helped him become a better leader.
